I felt cool in the hot room, the postures felt easy (almost too easy). It was over quickly. After yoga, my instructor calls me over. I had to give a presentation at 10 that I hadn't finished so I worked on that this morning, then gave it. I ran to lunch then had to sit on a telecon most of the afternoon. It was so so so very hard. I went in early and meditated a while. I love laying there in the hot meditating, I can almost fall asleep. Then class started. I had to lay down a lot. I just felt weak.
