I did nothing different stayed with my routine except I omitted more salt from my diet... I am the type of person that if the number seems so big then the goal seems to far away to accomplish. Sun, 25 Mar 2012 23:01:47 EST gym time I find that if I just go to the gym and make a program for the day rather than pre-plan one for the ,month I seem to be more motivated to stay longer. when I would plot out a program for certain machines with certain time limits I would get discouraged but when I just go and find a machine and then decide how long I seem to stay on it longer and get more of a workout. so far this month I have lost 2lbs and Im highly motivated to loose all 35 by the end of the summer... Then I found myself eating one pint per week... ever since I really committed myself to this weigh loss program I found myself not craving as much ice cream even when I go food shopping and pass the frozen foods isle. Wed, 21 Mar 2012 23:32:50 EST dried cranberries today I decided to substitute dried cranberries for my snack instead of the usual junk food I use to crave at night...I found that I like them very much and not only dont they have any sugar but I dont feel as guilty about eating them.
