Probably because I got off my butt and kept busy. Made a mostly healthy dinner for the family and used the small plate instead of the big plate, which made portion control so much easier. Even fit in a little exercise which I do need to keep working on. Around 8pm I noticed the craving, although it wasn't for anything in specific. I caught myself from grazing and had an apple with peanut butter instead. That helped the urges until it was bedtime.
