Tue, 26 Jul 2011 01:05:36 EST Week 3 Done Bring on Week 4 So with week 3 of my M2W Challenge it was a steady as she goes week..I didn't have any major difficulties this was a very chill week so to speak..I kept to my routine of walking and 10 glasses of water,walking and finishing up my kettlebell routine with my rockstar teammate Meg <em>104</em> ..we made it <em>334</em> . <BR> This week I'm just going continue walking and do some taebo routines here and there and gear up to start my Supreme 90 if I can ever get the dvd set..they sell ou...
