I can already feel my body gaining weight my thighs are rubbing together just a little more. Although I'm still feeling pain the Dr said I won't injure myself by exercising. No use in being upset about all my hard work being undone, I'm afraid to step on the scale. Maybe I'll feel better about it if I stick to my my eating and exercise to the letter this week. The kids have their sports that I have to take them to though. I also have to work on my typing skills I can tell I'm getting slower. I only had 6 so I proud of myself just two weeks ago I went on a binge where I ate not one but two whole bags of Oreo. I have been resisting the urge to weigh myself everyday. I still can't fit my clothes and I still can't afford to replace them either. I refuse to be hard on myself though eating just under 1600 calories is not bad I'm still in the fast break stage. Yes on the morning of day 3 lol. I have gained 3 lbs! I have tracked all my foods faithfully and it not hormonal because I just had my monthly visitor. I'm going to take a deep breathe and just keep going. the next two weeks are really about getting in the habit of tracking rather than losing weight.
