This is the last time I weigh in at 215... last time I weigh over 200. Countless times.... over and over have I let myself down and given up on me! Well... I'm done lying to myself and I have made the commitment to myself once and for all! I have set a final goal and in between I have mini goals to stay on track. Sat, 29 Oct 2016 04:17:42 EST New Month New Goal! <img src=""> Stepped on my new scale this morning and is staring over on tracking my loss! It also shows Bodyfat-muscle mass-water% and bone mass!! Gives me more numbers to work with to switch up my goals. But for this month I'm gonna stick to lbs lost.... -10 is my goal Starting it off with a Freebieday where lunch was homemade pizza with veggies and chicken. I had set a goal of loosing 10 lbs but made the stupid mistake to change the batteries in my scale in the midst and since then the scale has acted funny.... Down 3 then up 2 within a week. So I'm not sure how to count.... So I either lost 7 lbs or my starting weight was wrong and I lost up til 15 lbs!!! Either way... I have lost lbs and inches! My final goal was between 80-90 lbs.... Now I am at the point that I lost 30 and when I have lost another 30 I'll be comfortable. I have found that breathing does it for me. No matter what has happened or where I'm at, a couple of deep breaths will center me and make feel relaxed. Pretty easy since I eat basically the same 6 days a week! But it works for me! No sugar, low sodium and nothing artificial! As Close to clean eating as I feel comfortable with. The first couple of weeks I felt guilty on my cheatday but then I realized that it actually does wonders for my motivation throughout the week not to mention my weightloss!
