Typically I get up, drink 16 oz. of water, and then go for a run. I lose my energy towards the end of the third mile, but I'm able to finish. I have been tracking my food once again and it has reminded me of how much better I feel when I do. I have logged all of my food for today and I am good and satisfied. I have not, however, met my goals for anything except sodium and cholesterol. It is made in an oven bag with chicken breast, frozen green beans with chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup. It was really quite tasty and quite the easy clean up. There was quite a bit of protein, but that's okay with the rest of what I ate today. I stayed within my ranges for everything for the day, so I am on a great start for my new streak. He was told he has high cholesterol, but all of mine came back great! My girlfried was just telling me about this diet that she just started called the Dukan Diet. It is out of France, I think. There are four phases to it starting with a high protein phase.
