I haven't had a chance to work in yet because we had a death in our pet family and I have been bitsy with that. I've been kinds of slacking on the exercise front too but will try taking it up a notch this coming week. I've also been struggling with tracking my food so I've got to do that as well. This entry is going to be short and sweet as I just got a new book that I want to get started. This week I onlynlost .5lbs. I know why. I got kind of lazy at measuring things. I need to get more on top of that if I want to see better results. Food wise we went to the farmers market today and got loads of great produce and meat. Sun, 8 Feb 2015 21:26:25 EST week 4 This week was pretty good. It started out great and then went slightly downhill as the week progressed. I started getting monthly cravings a few days early and it threw off my weigh in. I still lost a pound but I think bloating etc caused this. I think if i had weighed in mid-week it would have been more. My eating was pretty on point with the exception of Friday and yesterday. I kind of blew my calorie limits (stayed below 2000 atleast) and ate too much salt. I did log everything though an... Sun, 1 Feb 2015 22:49:00 EST Week 3 This weeks was so-so. <BR> <BR> Exercise wise, I was on point. I did at least 15 minutes of exercise a day and hit 5 days of 30+ minutes. It was a combo of the gazelle, yoga, walking and dancing. I still haven't signed up for the free gym, but this week was pretty busy. Sun, 25 Jan 2015 22:25:37 EST Week 2 This week was pretty awesome diet wise. <BR> <BR> I kept to my calorie and macro goals everyday except one. I am calling it 'fatty friday'. I still kept to my macro goals, but I went over my cals. I had a big steak dinner and it was delicious. No regrets. I also drank 96oz. of water everyday. <BR> <BR> I went to bed by my goal time every night and got up early every morning. I did pretty well this week food wise and only had one little slip on Wednesday where I went off plan. This was actually a good thing. Since Thursday I've been like totally refreshed. I did my official reboot weigh in today and it was pretty high. I clocked in at 220lbs which means that I have gained about 20lbs since the summer. (I kind of went on a 3 month long binge. I was feeling depressed about moving across the country away from all my friends and family and was comfort eating..) I mourned the weight gain and moved on. Eating be... I do like to watch about 3 specific tv shows per week plus the news and a soccer game. I feel like those are things I enjoy, so I'm not too keen on cutting those out. I know where most of my free time goes to: listening to music, food (planning, cooking, eating, thinking about, shopping, or tracking), and hanging out with my family/friends.
