I haven't had a chance to work in yet because we had a death in our pet family and I have been bitsy with that. I've been kinds of slacking on the exercise front too but will try taking it up a notch this coming week. I've also been struggling with tracking my food so I've got to do that as well. Goals exercise 15 min 3xs this week. exercise 30 min 3xs this week. track my food 6 days this week. stick to my meal plan. This week I onlynlost .5lbs. I know why. I got kind of lazy at measuring things. I need to get more on top of that if I want to see better results. Food wise we went to the farmers market today and got loads of great produce and meat. I cant wait to try some of it (although I already had some of the free range eggs and tomatos form dinner and they were so good. My husband and I agreed we are goi... Sun, 8 Feb 2015 21:26:25 EST week 4 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5867505 This week was pretty good. It started out great and then went slightly downhill as the week progressed. I started getting monthly cravings a few days early and it threw off my weigh in. I still lost a pound but I think bloating etc caused this. I think if i had weighed in mid-week it would have been more. My eating was pretty on point with the exception of Friday and yesterday. I kind of blew my calorie limits (stayed below 2000 atleast) and ate too much salt. I did log everything though an... Sun, 1 Feb 2015 22:49:00 EST Week 3 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5862540 This weeks was so-so.

Exercise wise, I was on point. I did at least 15 minutes of exercise a day and hit 5 days of 30+ minutes. It was a combo of the gazelle, yoga, walking and dancing. I still haven't signed up for the free gym, but this week was pretty busy. I am finding it way easier to exercise in the morning before I become completely distracted by my day.

Food wise was slightly more iffy. I stayed on track pretty much everyday but Friday and today. I staye... Sun, 25 Jan 2015 22:25:37 EST Week 2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5857488 This week was pretty awesome diet wise.

I kept to my calorie and macro goals everyday except one. I am calling it 'fatty friday'. I still kept to my macro goals, but I went over my cals. I had a big steak dinner and it was delicious. No regrets. I also drank 96oz. of water everyday.

I went to bed by my goal time every night and got up early every morning. I also did an early morning yoga video everyday with the extra time.

I also got my gazelle yesterday... Sun, 18 Jan 2015 22:36:41 EST Week 1 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5852227 So this week was pretty okay. I did pretty well this week food wise and only had one little slip on Wednesday where I went off plan. This was actually a good thing. Since Thursday I've been like totally refreshed. I am truly 100% committed. I haven't had one slip up and I really want this now more then prior to Wednesday where it kind of felt like a NYE have to start thing. My husband has been stuggling with staying on his new diet but I've supported him through everything. We both stuck o... Sun, 11 Jan 2015 22:32:32 EST New Year, New Goals http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5846151 So its the New Year and while I have been back 'on the wagon' diet wise since Friday this is the first chance I have had to post anything. I did my official reboot weigh in today and it was pretty high. I clocked in at 220lbs which means that I have gained about 20lbs since the summer. (I kind of went on a 3 month long binge. I was feeling depressed about moving across the country away from all my friends and family and was comfort eating..) I mourned the weight gain and moved on. Eating be... Sun, 4 Jan 2015 22:45:07 EST SMART GOALS http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5140934 My smart goal is to lose 50lbs by June30, 2013.

I am going to break my weight loss goals into 5 lb increments and aim to reach these mini-goals every 3-4 weeks.

My target right now is 5 lbs lost by 12-15-12.

----------------------------------------
--------------------------------------
------------ Mon, 19 Nov 2012 22:44:53 EST Wasted Time http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5122738 I know I often don't utilize time to the fullest, but I'm not sure if I waste time either. I do like to watch about 3 specific tv shows per week plus the news and a soccer game. I feel like those are things I enjoy, so I'm not too keen on cutting those out. I know where most of my free time goes to: listening to music, food (planning, cooking, eating, thinking about, shopping, or tracking), and hanging out with my family/friends. Currently my best friend and I go to the gym on Sat and S... Sat, 3 Nov 2012 17:46:03 EST
