I normally would because it's a non teaching night. But I did not like how tired I felt Friday and Saturday last week. I also had a very intense workout session in the morning. So I chose to call it a day on the workout front. I got to bed 30 minutes earlier than my usual time. Woo hoo! <BR> <BR> This morning I woke up and my abs and thighs were so sore! I didn't realize how great of an ab workout I got in yesterday until this morning. hahaha... First - there was a stabbing on campus. Now the college I teach at is pretty safe and things like this do not happen. So it was quite shocking. I had to calm my class down. But of course the back of my classroom is all windows that overlook the main entrance so we got a front row seat at the fire trucks, SWAT teams, and ambulance.
