I would take a day off and then the next day feel great. I would workout and as soon as I finish I would feel horrible. This pattern kept repeating. I decided on Friday to take the entire weekend off working out to try and heal. <BR> <BR> However, Sunday morning my son woke up with what looked like pink eye. So we rush to the walk-in clinic. Due to the rush - I didn't really eat breakfast. <BR>... Tue, 15 Apr 2014 10:43:48 EST P90X3 First part of Week 2 Wow! Friday already! This week flew by. <BR> <BR> This was week 2 of P90X3 for me. Unfortunately I got side-lined with a horrible sinus infection. Normally I am okay to workout but simply need to take my intensity level down a few notches. Not this time; I would get light-headed. And on Wednesday, after taking Tuesday off, I felt great and did my 30 minute workout. AS soon as I was done I was so light-headed. And this lasted for an hour after I finished working out. It's funny I have lost 4 or 5 lbs and now all of a sudden I can jump higher and I have so much more energy during my workouts. If you didn't think 5 pounds would make a difference think again.
