The older two rode their bikes and I pushed the baby in her jogging stroller. Total mileage 4.6! I ate within my calorie range and burned over 1000 calories. I mowed the front and back lawns, used the weed eater, cleaned the house, went on a 3 mile jog/walk, 50 squats and did the "Can You 24?" I mixed about two cups of fresh spinach into it, along with 4 oz. of chicken breast, some green chiles & a little hot sauce. It was quite filling & very tasty!
