My kids and I did some exercise with our Wii. <BR> First we did 15 minutes of Yoga, it was fun to watch the boys try the different poses. Diabetes runs in my family so I was encouraged to hear that the smaller meals are what diabetics do. It just made sense to me. <BR> So I tried the new way of eating.
