I'm still not walking down the stairs properly but it's mostly better. I'm exercising regularly now and trying to do as much as I am allowed to do every day. My physical therapist says I can start running again next week, I'm just not sure what she means by running. I was never a treadmill person, in fact I hate them and feel very insecure on them. I like to run outside, but pavement is usually too hard on the knees. So ...
