I took a day off from exercising yesterday which does not happen too often. Just got back from my trip late last night and had a great time with my relatives. It's impossible to stay on track while I am visiting in the Midwest. I thought I saved the article but now I can't find it. <BR> For example it listed things like if you track your food daily give yourself a star, if you exercise so many minutes give yourself a star etc. <BR> Then it said after you get a 100 stars buy something you like or do something you like.
