Since getting back to the basics on January 1st and really actually trying this time in at 14lbs lost so far and i eat alot of food in the day... Here is what i had today to give you an idea! <BR> <BR> Breakfast (5mins after i woke up) <BR> - 1 Homemade overnight oats 1/2 cup dry with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 3/4cup + 1 tsp Maple Syrup - 250cals <BR> My Dry Mix includes: Almonds sliced and whole, Dried Cranberries and Raisins, Flax and Chia Seeds, Pumpkin, Sunflower and hemp seed... Sun, 24 Jan 2016 03:55:51 EST My Green Buzz Smoothie (recipe) So this weeks Smoothie is awesome and my fave so far on my wellness journey! Canadian Juice and Smoothie company Jugo Juice has a drink called the Banana Buzz. It's a banana chocolate smoothie with coffee. It's one of my faves that they offer. When I was there sunday and had them make me one with special add-ins it came to over 10$ ouch! (That's with adding in kale spinach, flax and chia seeds and 1 scoop of vega one all of which jugo offers now for additional costs). FYI - protein powder... These have 140 cals, 10g fiber, 20g protein and only 1g sugar! Super delicious and they are Gluten free, vegan, no GMO and very nutritious! <BR> <BR> With that I made my Vegan Berry smoothie!
