Hello Sparkies!!!! <BR> <BR> Hope you all have had an amazing week. <BR> <BR> <BR> As you can probably tell from my status updates, I am in LOVE with ZUmba. I went every possible day after work last week and felt so energized afterwards. In the mornings I woke up with more energy, and I felt my muscles <em>344</em> . <BR> <BR> Now that I have been to enough classes, I am starting to learn the routines and songs. So what does that mean..........I get a WAY better workout and I can do it ... Sun, 6 May 2012 10:50:02 EST It's Monday......and I'm NOT grumpy!!!! Well yesterday I completed the "One Direction" Bodyrock workout and MAN it was amazing!!! Go to and search their workouts for it. It was awesome. Then I did the bonus Inner Thigh workout! <BR> <BR> Oh boy am I sore today. My abs, shoulders, and calves are burning!! I was planning to do another bodyrock workout today, but decided to "somewhat" rest my body. Instead I went for an hour and a half semi-hike/walk with the BF. AAAAAHHHHHHHH Wow my day was thrown into a loop first thing this morning. <BR> <BR> I woke up ready for a bodyrock. I got my clothes on, grabbed my comp and went into the living room. Before I can do anything I needed to let my dogs out to pee. Outside in the backyard there are 2 stairs made of brick. As my dogs were running up the stairs they tripped on each other and one skinned his chin.
