It seems weird because I am not seeing a lot of differences in the scale, but even weirder is that I don't care this week. I found out this week that I made the honor roll with high distinction, had a new student try out my kickboxing class, went and lifted weights in my school gym for the first time, and my relationship with my dad is the best its been. I am more confident and I feel good. I don't feel lazy or heavy. I feel proud and light. The changes I am making in this one area of my life... Thu, 27 Jun 2013 13:14:54 EST More changes... 4. Walk More! During the school year, I am walking all the time to and from class, and around campus. Now that I am not going to class, I walk much less. Since I am in college, I feel like I grow the most as a person at school and that coming home sometimes means regressing from the life I want to create for myself. Fri, 21 Jun 2013 13:34:55 EST Consistency I eat really well when I work because both my breakfast and lunch are pre-prepared. And I have learned to order unsweetened green tea instead of my normal (second) cup of coffee. However, if I do not cook my own dinner or provide my own dinner, then I tend to eat the wrong foods. I feel bad when I have to tell my parents that I can't eat what they have brought home...but I am learning to eat smaller amount of 'less healthy' food.
