At 8:45, I was still so hungry, even after my snack, my 2 cups of tea, and a glass of water, I broke down and had 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, and 1/4 cup hamburger with spanish rice. It wasn't alot but I know I shouldn't be eating this late at night. I will do better tomorrow. :) But on the lighter note, I'm no longer hungry. And I'm down 2 lbs! It's getting easier to measure out food. I'm not doing the eyeballing thing yet, as I'm not sure how much is what yet. I bought a scale, but I think I need to go digital to get a more accurate reading. I love the fact that I can change up my meals to suit what I need and still stay under the goals. I still can't believe all that I can eat during the day and still be under. It's amazing. I don't know if it was because I was well below what I was suppose to eat or not, but I was gut wrenching hungry. So, I decided to have a 3rd snack that kept me under my radar still. 1 1/2 pineapple slices and gulp, a 1/2 cup of diet dr. pepper. It filled me enough to let me fall asleep. I was craving chocolate so bad, so I took 5 m & m's, threw them in my mouth, swirled them around took a couple of chews and spit them back out! LOL.
