When I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe that I could actually see a gap between my thighs that went all the way up to my body! That is incredible! I was getting really down because I did something very stupid; I signed up to Spark People using the weight I had last seen on the scale, which was 260. Unfortunately that was my pre-Christmas weight and when I actually stepped on the scale shortly after registering on New Years day, I was gutted to learn that I was actually at 265 thanks to my Christmas face stuffing.
