I went over my target goals for the day but not by as huge of a margin as I could have. I planned what I was going to eat ahead of time (on a full stomach) and asked myself if this was something that I really wanted to do today. I find this approach helpful. I was able to indulge in food and treats that I enjoy but I didn't go overboard because I was in control. What a great... I managed not to splurge and then feel the guilt and frustration that comes along with overeating. While my calories in/out differential wasn't huge, I managed to stay in the negative!!
