I walk my dog everyday (today she got 1 hour 20 mins) and I do the odd 30 minutes on my home cross trainer, but I would hardly call them "workouts" (and in fact I dont always log them on the fitness tracker either as I dont always class them as workouts) as my fitness level is a good bit above that. However I dont really do full workouts, just because I cant really be bot... It wasn't planned in advance, I have a few friends there so I can pretty much just turn up and have places to stay :) I used to live in Edinburgh when I was aged 19-21, it is one of my all time favourite cities, very beautiful. Not continued with any of my goals this week as I have mostly been in bed or tucked up on the sofa! Although my eating hasnt been too bad. Bought a top off ebay that arrived today. Its a uk size 8, when I opened it I didnt want to try it on as I thought that it would no way go round my waist and hips. But the other half encouraged me to put it on and somehow it fitted. Ive never been able to buy such small sizes before and when I see them I panic and think they wont fit. Managed to not overeat, I had bean and lentil masala curry from the 600 calories or less part of the menu and didnt finish it all and then a small piece of anniersary cake after. yummy. <em>30</em> Sun, 3 Mar 2013 15:25:42 EST New exercise machine I found an air walker/cross trainer for sale on gumtree the other day, and went to pick it up today. It was only £25 second hand, but hardly used. Really pleased with it :) Did 30 minutes on it this afternoon after walking the dog. Exercise machines are my prefered way of working out (after walking my dog) so I am pleased to have my own one now.
