So as I mentioned before we will be attending a sweet16/quinceanera party on May 30th. I bought a dress last week it is a size 5! So this morning I had a meeting at DS' school and when it was over I ran into a friend there and she said she was going to the gym for a quick work out. I decided to go with her and it was great! So I tend to be an emotional eater I guess, I have been reading lots of blogs and realize I'm not alone in this whole emotional binge eating thing...This has not been a good emotional week the hubs and I are having issues.
