Haven't been back to the gym since, just feeling crappy. Feel like I'm getting a bit worse each day since I got back. Will try and post some pics of Thailand when I'm feeling better. Wanna give it a few more days, then most likely will move it properly. Surprisingly, not doing so bad for losing the weight. No set date of when I want it gone, body will make up it's own mind when I get closer to my final weight of whether or not I'm supposed to be at what I'm supposed to be at. Just want it to be 15... Fri, 17 Jan 2014 23:10:51 EST This week so far... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5563083 hasn't exactly gone the way I had hoped. Monday, went to the gym, had plans to go for dinner with a friend who unfortunately was under the weather for herself, can't be helped. I wished I had known, but there was no way of knowing otherwise I would have done some Christmas cooking. Tuesday was a free lunch at work, it was my day off, so, off I went, found out it got moved to Friday, seriously, again, would have done my cooking then, but couldn't. I couldn't yesterday, I was busy, I like m... Thu, 12 Dec 2013 18:35:12 EST What a day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5527455 It feels like I just got back from the gym, had lunch, now feeling funny in the head. Not sure what to make of it. Feel woosey for some reason, did eat which I needed, maybe it wasn't the right kind of food possibly. Had a poached egg, slice of cheese, a slice of bacon, and 2 slices of toast. Was thinking of PB&J sandwich, but a bit tired of that, had what seems like too much lately. Easy to make for work, don't have to think too much for that. Well, we'll see what happens, wait a bit, ... Wed, 30 Oct 2013 13:15:47 EST Phhtt!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5511930 Didn't know what to put into the title, seems fitting for some odd reason.

Been busy all week. Worked Monday-Friday, 1015-615. Did not get to do any workouts whatsoever until this morning. Felt good to be back at the gym. I dislike working out in the evenings, I like that time to be my downtime. I don't want to be at the gym at 6am. Those who do it, there's a reason, I don't like to wake up early unless it's for work or off to drive to my vacation destination. So, going befo... Sat, 12 Oct 2013 23:06:51 EST This kinda sucks... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5504751 Ever have those days where it's completely like how in the world did I forget I was going for an ultrasound, cannot eat or drink after 4pm (I could drink a tiny bit if I have to take a pill, ie my birth control pill at 8pm), yet I talked about it work how my appointment is at 10pm, and SO looking forward to Costco hot dog, pizza or fries at about 5:30pm? Seriously, I did plan out a better plan on food wise earlier this week, yet today, I somehow forgot. Ate huge lunch about 11:45am, just be... Fri, 4 Oct 2013 21:27:50 EST Argh! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5498928 Such a busy night tonight at work. People buying sale items like crazy, had to do a planogram while serving the customers, mess everywhere, not enough room for everything. Sometimes I wonder how people get by. Felt like I didn't want to handle stupid. So many people ask which till am I open at? The one I'm standing at could be a possible hint, or the one with the light on is usually a clue (lights mean nothing apparently), or if a sign is up saying this till is closed, usually means it's... Won for the first time since the Jets came back to Winnipeg. Weren't in the private suite (so nice, no line-up for the women's washroom, free food and beverages), but still was nice to go.

Surprisingly, I did well for myself. Got taco salad in a bag and a pretzel. The pretzel was more of it was right in front of me when I came out of the washroom. The other was my supper. Had rush home and then off to catch the bus to... Just need to say it, am sitting here, not hungry, already cooked some nice perogies for supper (yum! Mediterrian kind), cooked them all, some enough for lunch tomorrow, but would love to eat some more. Me thinks it's out of boredom. So, time to have a glass of water, get ready for bed and be ready for tomorrow! Good to get it off the chest. Don't worry, I won't eat anything I shouldn't, if I do, it'll probably be just the grapes that are in the fridge. Good thin... Mon, 16 Sep 2013 21:49:50 EST Facebook entry http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5487591 anyone who is interested there is a webpage called Flags From Home. A former classmate of mine lives in Italy is wanting Canadian flags sent to her to place on fallen Canadian war heroes, please send some her way. There is more info on that page than I can describe. I think it's such a wonderful story on how she puts it on the page, may be a tear jerker for some, just a forwarning you, I like the idea how her kids were involved and still will be this coming Rememberance Day. Staying on track fairly well, for the most part. Have peanut butter m&m's in the house. Completely forgot about them, had bought them just before Christmas for a cookie recipe, never did bake the cookies, now casually eating them. Time to hand them over to my brother, they are so yummy, I can easily eat the whole bag if I let myself.

Hovering at 164-165 pounds, am happy I am there, not back up to 170 as I thought I might... Probably can go back to bed now, but just wanting to finish up Sparkpeople before I do. Went to bed with a bit of pain. Kinda thought there was possibly a problem with my gullstones. Went to the ER in December of 2008, they thought it might be that, went for a cat can later, yep, it was. Doctor got results and said if I get the pains again, guess who goes for surgery? Well, he didn't say it that way, but if I did, I'd have to go for I think the less painful kind, where reco... I went to the movies with my brother. I got a Large size bag of popcorn. I didn't have more than 1/4 of the bag, no extra butter toppings or the other kind, I don't care for it, neither does my brother. He wouldn't complain if I did want it, esp. since I'm paying for it, but we both prefer not. Which I like. Also ate some of my favourite Bugles bag, which you can only get in the states, so when I do get a bag or two, once in a blue moo... Wed, 10 Jul 2013 22:48:47 EST Not too shabby http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5409438 I thought it would be not the greatest of days yesterday. Did pretty good for myself. Went to work, worked pretty hard. Lots of lifting and moving about. Hurt myself a bit. I scrapped some skin on one of my fingers. Luckily I had some band-aids. Work should have had some in the first aid kit, but didn't, not good. Went to see a movie with my brother. Had lunch about 2:45pm, luckily I had some pre-made baggies of almonds and raisins at work. Grabbed one on my way over to see my broth... Wed, 3 Jul 2013 09:28:38 EST Way too long of a day... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5407972 IT's been quite busy for me for the last few weeks and for this upcoming week as well. Tomorrow was supposed to be one of my days off. They need an extra person tomorrow morning for a few hours. Where I work, they lease from a landlord, there has to be an inspection on the building for various thing every so often, depending what it is. They found very small traces of aspestis (sp?), had to rip up the floor in the back room. We had to move all the excess overstock elsewhere, like on our... Mon, 1 Jul 2013 22:46:45 EST Each step counts http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5405014 Well, went grocery shopping today. Went to Costco with my mom and brother. My brother loves the cafeteria part, plus the free samples part (the good food ones). No brainer as to why he always wants to come. My mom and I both got food that we both needed. Got the fresh fruit I wanted, what I didn't get there, got at Wal-Mart. All cut up, washed, sitting in the fridge ready to eat. Well, not the celery yet. May wait til Sunday when a friend will come over for supper. She may end up wit... Trying to be careful of when I am actually hungry. This morning, I went to the gym. Was not hungry at all. Had to eat anyways. Trying to not eat just because. But if I don't eat before I go to the gym, I'll be starving barely 15 minutes into my routine. I don't mind if I get hungry near the end, because there's only maybe 10 minutes left of my workout, I don't live far, so it's not too bad.

Didn't really like forcing myself to eat, but ... Thu, 27 Jun 2013 23:31:09 EST it's been awhile... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5402386 since I last wrote. I have completely gone off track and seems like I can't get back on. Since I bought the house January, 2011, I was at 142, now I am up to 170 pounds, a 28 pound gain. Went to the doctor today, my Cholestrol is not where it should be, so I have to get some more blood work done to see where it's at, doctor wasn't impressed. Gained 20 pounds in 2 years since he weighed me (10 pounds a year), so it looks like it might not be in the right direction. Work has been crazy, we... Arrived early, just the way the buses ran. I was told to hand in my waiver form, I did, no problems. Then one of my teammates whom I just met that day (it was Rexall, where I work against 4 other stores, Rona, and 3 other places I don't remember), she mentioned oh by the way don't forget to hand in my pledge money that I collected. Ended up getting a spot in it for Rexall, where I work. There are other teams from other places, ie Rona, Derksen Group, Rexall (my group) and others. All in good fun. Help fundraise money to send several kids off to their dreams. For Rexall, its for a 12-year-old girl to the Pirates of the Caribbean theme park with her brother. I gained about 15 pounds from January to March of 2011. I know I moved at the end of January, my mom and I weren't speaking to each other around that time frame. I can blame the gain on that if I want to, but I don't think it was tat, I think it was that I was scared of how close I was to my goal and a comment a co-worker made. She meant well, but it still scared me. She complmented mr by saying that I looked leaner which she thought was aw... It feels like she's more of an acquaintance than anything. Best way to explain the way she is is a 31-year-old who happens to act like a 13-year-old in high school who gossips and gets very upset when people say nasty things about her, but has no problems saying nasty things right back. I'll refer her to K.

While back, her and I wanted to get together for a dinner and a movie, but usuually had a hard time getting it set in motion. First we would ma... I just recently moved into a new-to-me house. So much snow until recently. Temp. has been everywhere it seems. I decided to dig out old plants that were left in the snow from the previous owners. I replanted some that may possibly regrow. Not sure, but only one way to find out. I didn't get enough veggies to plant. Though I do want to save some room for a tomato plant or 2, maybe 3. I currently live in an apartment. There are advantages and disadvantages. The plus side would be I don't have to worry about shovelling snow or cutting grass or anything like that, as well as if something breaks, like the air conditioner this past summer, I didn't have to worry about replacing it. Not enjoying my current job. Not the greatest boss. We've had 3 within the last 18 months or so. First one was nice. Gave breaks for working a 5 hour shift. New one came in, didn't bother to tell people, sorry, no more breaks for that. Instead, she ended up yelling at poor Rebecca for taking one. She didn't deserve to be yelled at, should have maybe had a talk, but not yelled at. Yet, when I took a break for my 5 h... Tue, 14 Sep 2010 14:21:55 EST I changed things around on my page http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3533202 I have decided to make my page private to where only my friends can see my blogs. I have my reasons.

My MIL is at the point where it seems like there's something wrong with her. I lost weight, I was able to be a torch girl and ran with the Olympic Torch. People in the family found out about it, they were happy about it. I thought everything was fine.

Things came up with the cabin, there's trouble brewing, there are always at least 2 sides to every story. I have done... Fri, 13 Aug 2010 11:08:40 EST I feel sad http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3529940 I was at the gym, started to feel a bit down, so I decided to go on the treadmill. Didn't seem to help to much. Usually going for a walk of some kind helps me, but not today.

I think it might have to do with the cabin that's up for sale. It's my husband's gramma's cabin. There was a fight a few weeks back where she just had a final straw, and said that's it, it's not worth the fighting, I'll just sell it, no one in the family is allowed to purchase it, even if they are the high... Thu, 12 Aug 2010 13:20:15 EST not sure what to make of it... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3521097 Maybe I'm not supposed to, but need to at least blog it, not hold it in.

Most of my family live in or within a 3 hour radius of Toronto, my mom, dad and brother live here in MB (my dad is out in the country, while the rest is in Winnipeg). Most of my husband's family live in Winnipeg. 2 of his uncles and their wives (on his dad's side) live out in the country. They live somewhere in the Whiteshell area.

Mark and Brenda have their own cabin there, something to do with ... Tue, 10 Aug 2010 09:36:57 EST what was I thinking? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3506474 Went to the gym today. Got fairly hungry afterwards, decided to go to Timmy's, planned to get a yogurt, instead after I got the donut realized what I did. I did kinda want it, but not really. Not much I can do now.

Well I'm off to make homemade spaghetti sauce and freeze it. Sometime I wanna make some cookies as well. Not sure when I'll be able to find time. Wait and see I suppose. Thu, 5 Aug 2010 13:44:47 EST weirdness http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3499184 I am sore today. It's from work yesterday. I had to go up and down the stairs at work. It's inventory time. The manager has so much stuff upstairs from when the store bought out another location last year in July, I believe. There was about 10 boxes left over from the other location. He wants to blow it out, rather than count it for part of inventory. He sold about 10 pkgs of 24 roll count of Royale toilet papers for $3. If I had known, I would have bought all I can carry.

... Tue, 3 Aug 2010 13:51:21 EST Shopping, shopping, and more shopping http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3476177 I had a day to myself, well mostly to myself. I didn't really had anything planned today. I was just going to lounge around, but...I couldn't really sleep around 8am. Got up, amused myself on the computer (sparking, checking emails, facebook, whatever). Checked for any voicemails on the phone, my mom left one about the new windows being installed today. Went to check it out. They were in the middle of it when I saw it. Huge improvement to the house, Makes it look so much better.
... Tue, 27 Jul 2010 20:07:49 EST oh boy http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3469067 Went to a baby shower. Lots of fun. Most people I didn't know, had some interesting conversations with a couple of people. I brought 2 gifts. One for the baby thats due very soon and one for the soon to be big sister.

I am the younger one who probably got all the attention when I was young and my brother was too young to fully understand what's going on. Kyla is 10 years old, she knows what's going on, I felt that she probably would feel left out not getting something. So, I ... Sun, 25 Jul 2010 23:01:58 EST
