This week I am trying to limit my daily intake of sugar to 3 tsp. <BR> Day 1 (Sun) was good until 5 but thereafter I gobbled down a 'Death by Chocolate' cake. I finished W2D3 of my C25K run yesterday. Usually, after the 25 mins of the program I continue walking for another 20 minutes.
