Mon, 4 Feb 2013 14:15:54 EST great start to a new month So I'm kicking off my day with a great start. Already through with my morning workout burned 180 calories that mean I still need to burn 120 tonight after work. But that shouldn't be a problem since I plan on doing just dance for about 30 min tonight. I'm a little sore today after doing a p90x video yesterday but not as bad as before so that must mean I'm getting stronger right lol. It is amazing how my body is starting to change. I'm starting to see muscle they are small but still it counts!... Fri, 1 Feb 2013 10:29:21 EST last day of the month So today is the last day of the month! Wow what a month! January has been such a great month for me! I'm stronger and smaller lol. So combining the last week of December and all of January I have lost 11 pounds as of this morning. That's right another pound down. <em>104</em> I really hope February is just as great! So today at lunch I ate 12 sea salt flatbread crackers, 5oz of lite tuna, and about 1.5 cup of chicken pasta. And get this it was only 425 calories!!! I am so full. I'm learning that just because i'm on a diet dosent mean i have to starve myself.
