I even cheated and ate food on day 2. I was so hungry and was shaky so I ate. I did drop 5 lbs in the process, now to keep it off. I started my day off with a low sugar Atkins meal replacer drink. There was a 2 lb difference from yesterday. The catch is eating all the right things and exercising. I know from experience you can't sit your butt on the couch and expect to lose fat, not just weight. You have to do more than just eat the right things, exercise to. I take Kempo karate and go to the gym, so I am getting exercise, but I wasn't really losing, but that is because I wasn't really paying attention to... I can't keep putting all the bad stuff the put in our foods into my mouth. I will be shopping at the farmers market more often. Making monthly trips to Memphis to go to Whole Foods. This time I am having a green smoothie for breakfast and juicing for lunch and supper. Drinking lots of water, I know not to get dehydrated. I will still go to Kempo as planed. I have had people from work also notice. I did eat bad for supper last night, but I weighed myself this morning and I had lost another pound, so the pizza didn't hurt.
