I'm really excited, I got approved for a scholarship to my old gym, loved going there just couldnt afford it anymore. For the past 6 days I have been doing the Engine 2 7 day diet, basically its a plant based diet, with no sugars, oils, or salt. My school was having hot coco and cookies, I had some, but didn't enjoy it. So glad just one more day and then I am out of school for 2 weeks, yay. My lower back hip area has been hurting me all day, no pt today. I had to see my surgeon today for a place under my arm, good that he was able to tell me the problem and fix it right there in the office. So any kind of moment, really anything including sitting hurts right now. I am in physical therapy and hopefully it will help. Somehow I misaligned my hips where they meet the spine. I set it for 5:50 so I could get up and go walking for about and hour before heading to school. Seems that when I changed my alarm I set it for pm, wonderful. Mon, 23 Jun 2014 10:41:50 EST 3 day juice fast That juice fast had to be the hardest thing I have done in awhile. I even cheated and ate food on day 2. I was so hungry and was shaky so I ate. I did drop 5 lbs in the process, now to keep it off. I started my day off with a low sugar Atkins meal replacer drink. I will have steamed broccoli with nutertional yeast for lunch. It focuses on more than just food, it covers faith, food, fitness, focus, and friends. I t was just way to expensive. So I am changing it up a bit. Drinking a Atkins meal replacer for breakfast, less than 6 grams of sugar. Something reasonable for lunch, with me being in school a healthy meal is usually what I buy. For supper a boost for diabetics, since it has less that 6 grams of sugar per drink. I made the soup last night, was going to make the dip but I forgot the buy lemons, will do that today. The recipes call for fresh herbs, the grocery stores seem to always be out of them, great. I saw a parent with a baby with a light jacket on and socks, that baby needed shoes on, what is your problem and he needed a coat.
