Tomorrow I do my official weigh in a work. I have not gotten on the scale in a week. I am nervous because of the obsessive complusion to check the scale-monitor my progress. But daily (or more) weigh ins were sabotage for me in the past so I decided to follow the advice of the experts this time. I will only weigh in at work. So off to KK (or diet sabatoge), I ate my doughnuts and drank my milk. <BR> <BR> Then I got busy - I cooked a SPARK recipe because I NEEDED to. I was looking for some volume but low calorie and high nutrient value (to balance out the empty breakfast choice). It worked to my advantage.
