At least in terms of length of time for of exercise . My trainer always has me doing something different. My scale has not moved though for over a week. So I am a little discouraged . I know I am still getting benefits because at my last workout we went back to the original workout/ machines that I had started with and checked out how much more wt. I am able to handle, and my strength has increased a lot.... I know I won't quit but ... My trainer started me doing them elevated in the squat cage on the bar gradually getting lower each time. Today he said let's just try them on the floor and see .....I didn't think I could do it but I squeezed out my 15 .....for 2 reps! then I was so stoked I did 20 on my 3rd rep!!... I feel really good about it . I couldn't do them at all when I was younger and now at 44 yrs old after about 11 wks of working out regularly I can do real mens... I heard that from 2 people today "You look good...you've lost weight haven't you?" .....I guess I am starting a trend with my blogs starting each one with a compliment I got on that day. I guess it shouldn't matter much , but the compliments are good motivation. I am not doing this mainly for my health at this point . As strange as that sounds. Of course it factors ...
