I was a little skeptical about the product because I always thought that the products from As Seen On Tv were defective or a scam. Well my personal thoughts have definitely changed!! I wore The Belly Burner during my evening 20 min. run and saw the most amazing results! I ended up burning twice as many calories as usual!! The mid-section on my shirt was completely soaked!!! I am loving it!! I always struggled with my mid-sec... Fri, 13 Jul 2012 20:07:26 EST New Progress Pictures http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4966969 Hey Spark friends!! I am 20 days away from being reunited with my hubby!! I am so excited to see him and I know he is going to be in complete shock when he sees me! I have been working really hard to bring my weight to a comfortable size. Sadly I think I am hitting a zone where it seems like my body is losing weight a little slower than it was. But the positive is that at least I am losing something. Well now for the big moment...the progress pictures!!

<img src="http://phot... Thu, 12 Jul 2012 10:31:43 EST This New Attitude....SPICY! :D http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4948684 Well I sure haven't been on SP for awhile. I'm just so busy working out, finishing up my degree, and raising my lovely girls I really couldn't find the time to keep up with all my SP friends. Well let me update you all...in the beginning I started my workout by walking 30 on the treadmil 5 times out the week, once a day. I couldn't do any more than that lol. Well me and the treadmil broke up LOL! I've been cheating on it with the peaceful road LOL! I get up everyday....everyday? Yes, everday... Sat, 30 Jun 2012 09:07:37 EST My first Progress Pictures! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4940255 I have to admit, when I saw myself in the mirror this weekend I really didn't see a change. It wasn't until I put my starting picture next to my current picture and was truly amazed!!! I am proud of the progress I have made! I still have a long way to go, but I am happy that I am starting to change. This is real motivation to keep it up and never give up! I am definitely all smiles right now because I know when I see my husband again he is going to see a huge difference! YESSSS!!!!
<... Sun, 24 Jun 2012 14:50:58 EST Feeling So Discouraged http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4905688 I don't understand it. I have been eating healthy, counting calories, and exercising like crazy while drinking like a river of water. I got on the scale this morning and it says that I have gained 2lbs back. How can that be? Could that just be water weight? I mean I did suck down 2 bottles of water before I got on the scale, but that shouldn't make a difference should it? OMG, this just really upsets me. It seems like everyone around me is able to lose weight and get closer to their goals... Thu, 31 May 2012 10:59:46 EST Visual Results Anyone? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4904720 So I just finished another life taking workout (lol) and I feel great! My body is really getting in shape! I can feel it! However, I was hoping I could see some sort of visual results. BUT that is a no go. I mean I know it will not happen overnight, but I mean come on! Let me see something besides sweat! LOL! I was wondering what was the time frame when YOU personally started to see a difference in your weight? Can anyone give a generally time frame? I mean I know it depends on the person,... Wed, 30 May 2012 17:33:31 EST When is it ok to weigh yourself? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4901493 I have been on this new workout plan for just a little over a week. I weighed myself in the beginning, but I was told that you shouldn't check the scale often. I really want to know if I am hitting the results I want. LOL! I am very impatient! Am I suppose to weigh myself every 2 weeks? Once a month? Like, when is it ok to check the scale? Someone puhleezzzzz help me! :D Mon, 28 May 2012 16:18:59 EST Bake Yourself! Week 2 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4901443 Well today was another fat burning workout that required me to wrap my arms, thighs, and stomach in plastic wrap as I walked 37 minutes on the treadmill. Add that with a hot garage and WHA'LA! Instant baking lol! Seriously, it does work! Last time I had shed an inch off my waist and today I managed to shed 1/2 inch. It's not the same as an inch, but hey it something! I am really proud of myself! I am on week 2 and I am going strong. I burn more than 220 calories every day and on consecu... Mon, 28 May 2012 15:39:46 EST Use Plastic Wrap!!! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4898989 Who knew that you could wrap yourself up like a vegetable while working out and lose a qucik inch around your waist! That is what I did today. I measured myself and noticed that the plastic wrap helped me shed an inch! Now that's quick results! When I took off the plastic, sweat just hit the floor like rain. Nasty...yes BUT the results were lovely!! Feeling even more motivated now! I think I will keep adding this plastic wrap to every workout! Challenge yourself and try it out. What do you... Sat, 26 May 2012 15:05:21 EST Want to shed pounds quickly? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4898952 So today I did my usual 35 min. workout. I got on my treadmill and walked at a 3.4 mph speed with a 2% incline. This workout, I added an element to help me shed a few inches quickly. I used plastic wrap around my stomache. Tomorrow is my "off" day, but come Monday I will use plastic wrap around my stomache, arms, and thighs. I measured myself and noticed that a quick inch came off my waist. This trick really does work! Don't believe me? Try it yourself and let me know how your experienc... Sat, 26 May 2012 14:20:29 EST Day 5 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4897832 I'm only on day 5 and I am definitely feeling a difference in my body. I might have to take my workouts to the next level next week because I think my body is getting use to the one I am on now. I feel super impaitent! I want to see a physcial difference now, but I know it takes time. I would like to become my own personal success story. I tell you what, it Erks me when these itty bitty girls across the street brag about how they can eat at a buffet and not gain a pound. If they ask me ... Fri, 25 May 2012 15:40:05 EST How fast can YOU lose 50lbs? http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4896279 I am really hoping to shed 50lbs by December. I am wondering if any of you have lost 50lbs within a year, and if you haven't, how long did it take you to lose 50lbs? I have read a few websites and comments that say it is possible to lose it within six months and others say that if you lose that much weight that fast then you must be doing something unhealthy. I really want results as quickly as possible, but I want to make sure that I do it in a healthy way. Any comments or advice??
... Thu, 24 May 2012 14:24:00 EST Getting Started http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4896225 Well I told myself that this time I was going to stick with eating healthy and exercising. I tried this 3xs before this year and sadly it was an epic fail. But now that my husband is gone to the military I feel more motivated to be in the best shape when he returns. My kids are also a motivation as well. Right now I feel like I can't keep up with them the way I would like because I am overweight for my size.

I am 5'5 weighing 176lbs. (It Sucks!!) My starting weight was 183lbs a... Thu, 24 May 2012 13:36:25 EST
