I've gotten most of the holiday bad foods out of the house (a few leftovers that I eat in small amounts or throw away when they go bad). I've gotten better about working out. I started with a trainer this week. So I now have a once a week check-in. I know I already know what I need to do, but I don't seem to have enough motivation to do it. I'm hoping paying for a trainer for at least 3 months ... Thu, 6 Jan 2011 04:39:57 EST
