They offer cash incentives to use a pedometer and walk, walk, walk among other things. Today I went out for my usual Monday power walk-45 minutes of 15 minute miles and when I hooked my pedometer up to my work computer to log my steps I found that I topped 10 million steps and I reached level 4 which gets me the top cash incentive that my company offers. <img src=" Mon, 12 May 2014 17:26:14 EST Out from under the specter! For the 2nd year in a row I participated in my company's 5K race. It was an absolutely beautiful day. Perfect temperature, just the right amount of breeze. I invited one of my walking buddies to come along with me and she agreed. Each Spring and Fall they have about 6 hikes to various parts of trail. I look forward to the group every year. We started up again on 3/9.
