It was a great production and very enjoyable. We went to BJ's for dinner. I picked well out of the low-calorie menu and only ate half of my grilled Ahi Salad but we ordered one of their cookie and ice cream things and I ate my share. I was stuffed when dessert plates were taken away but it was so good! The other couple we went with insisted on parking very close to the theater. My husband and I took a long walk around the neighborhood when... We will get a new theater and an organic market plus a very nice pedestrian lane and some more townhomes. I'm pretty happy with the plans. We went to the library also and found the DVD Laura an old noir detective story that was created from the book my mystery book group read this month. People in the group said the movie was better but I'm enjoying the book. The movie had a baby Vincent Price, Gene Turney and Dana Andrews it was fun to watch.... It had been raining all day and I thought it had stopped but there was still a drizzle. I decided to power thru it and walk on the Bay which is a little risky because there is no shelter and not too any exits to shelter but positive thinking wills out. The rain cleared and the bird population was out in droves. There were ducks, geese and cranes. ... I haven't maintained my step goals or my eating and tracking goals but as we know life upsets the apple cart so I can start fresh and pick up where I left off back on Wednesday. I did take two long brisk walks yesterday, which shows I'm getting back together even though we've been trying to get the fridge emptied of leftovers so low calorie hasn't been the priority. I understand that sometimes it just can't be.

Some days it's just nice t... Mon, 28 Nov 2016 16:06:20 EST Tomorrow's my birthday. I know exactly what a healthy diet is and I'm going to continue to embrace it for the rest of my life. I have made 21,953,620 steps since 2011 and I truly believe that if I take a brisk walk every day and do my planks, squats, and curls every day, then I'll be able to keep doing them until I leave this earth. I got an email from Marie Callendars that they had a free piece of pie waiting for me, so on Friday we went out to eat there. My favorite dish for dinner is Chicken Pie. The mini version of it is 1,736 calories so with great willpower I skipped it and got the Salmon dinner which 607 calories and had pumpkin pie for my free dessert and shared it with my husband and no whipped cream. I guess I need to concentrate on the "heel first" advice a little better. The worst part was that I tried to break my fall with my right hand again. That poor hand just takes the brunt of everything and since I broke my right wrist last year, it's weaker. Fortunately, X-rays show that it's not broken this time. I also hurt my hip and bit my lip. I just hate falling!

I only got 7,282 steps yesterday, mostly because I had... At the end she gave each of us a tangerine. We had to right down how it looked and how it smelled. Then we got to peel it 474 and take out one section and have a small bite, and describe how it tasted. Then a bigger bite and describe how the taste changed...
