It was in Fresno which is 165 miles away. To get there you have to drive over the Pacheco Pass through the mountains. For some reason when the road gets really windy and steep the sky opened up. It was great + <BR> I got 12,680 steps and 35 active minutes + <BR> I slept really well for a change + <BR> <BR> My hip is improving and negative self talk is almost not a thing anymore. When I went to the Dr I was worried about my wrist. My wrist is fine now but my hip and knee are black and blue and swollen. Fortunately they have not impaired my walking but my hip is very tender to the touch. Even pulling up my jeans is painful. I really wish I can stop falling.
