I got an email from Marie Callendars that they had a free piece of pie waiting for me, so on Friday we went out to eat there. My favorite dish for dinner is Chicken Pie. The mini version of it is 1,736 calories so with great willpower I skipped it and got the Salmon dinner which 607 calories and had pumpkin pie for my free dessert and shared it with my husband and no whipped cream. This week we did a circuit that really mixed cardio and strength. We did one minute at each station than went on to the next. They come up every season and my team is the Teddy Bears. The people who manage the park immediately asked the Paleontology department at Berkeley to come down and have a look.
