I usually get to work after 9:00 so it was hard to get up early and sit and listen all morning. We weren't allowed to use our laptops during the presentations. I usually walk at lunchtime for 45 minutes then get back and spark for 15. Yesterday we only got 45 minutes for lunch. I went off on my own yesterday to get my 12K plus steps. When I came home my husband was there and said he had to get more steps since he only had 5K so far. We always try to support each other. We had conserve water and we could be fined for watering our lawns on the wrong day and had to pay a premium on our water bill if we hadn't cut 2012 consumption by 35%. It was in Fresno which is 165 miles away. To get there you have to drive over the Pacheco Pass through the mountains. For some reason when the road gets really windy and steep the sky opened up. There have been several people who don't assume that I celebrate Christmas and have said either Happy Hanukkah or Happy holiday instead. I really appreciate that and I'm thrilled to live in a place where people really seem to care about each other's feelings.
