I had briefly heard of it in the past, but it really peaked my interest a couple of weeks ago when I went out on a date with a man who had been on the Paleo diet for about 20 years. What made me shocked was that he was 42 but looked 33! He said he owes it to his diet and exercise. So i figured why not? I was about 167 at the end of May and have roller coastered since then.
