It seems like I did well the first few times but last BLC was not good. I did not alter my eating patterns and, therefore, did not lose weight. I know how many calories and food choices there are. This is my ninth cruise. So, I will try to eat right and exercise these last two weeks so I can be down ten pounds since I started BLC.
