Started with a Mixed Berry, Banana, Spinach, Avocado, Kefir & Almond Milk and Chia Seeds Smoothie this morning. Couldn't finish it all, because I had to head out early to the dentist. I had the rest just before lunch. For lunch I fixed steamed spinach topped with two poached eggs, plus a cucumber salad. Tonight, we went to the Wednesday buffet dinner at the club. I read a SP article today, and something made a lot of sense to me. <BR> "Schedule your work-outs like anything else, and mark them on your calendar." <BR> At home, I frequently work out with a trainer, and, yes, I do mark it down on the calendar when we meet.
