Sun, 1 Jul 2012 00:00:28 EST Run to Overcome http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4933170 That sounds like a good title to a book doesn't it? That's because it is. It's a book written by Meb Keflezighi. I've read a few running books and for me the key is getting to know the runner as a person. I already know they are a great runner. I want to know what it took to become that runner. How was their life affected by it is a question that I typically wonder.

I posted my review of the book on another blog almost a week ago, but even now I find myself asking the questio... I think I ran too much. Yes, it's possible. I was too stubborn and myopic to stop.
