I am in the process of getting back up on my feet after a few days of bad choices. I am going to try and adopt a "super health nut" way of eating. Lots of fruits and vegetables, healthy snacks, no junk food. It sounds like a cold turkey move, but I'm already doing great with the vegetables and fruit part. And the more I think about it, the more I realize that it's been a long time since I've had chips or sugary drinks or other junky food. My first step in my game plan: No more sugary cereals.... But as I continue on my weight-loss journey, I realize that there's much more to it than wanting to look good. I want to be successful. I want to see a tangible form of success everyday in the way that I look, the number on the scale, and the way that I feel. I want to know that I CAN do something that I put my mind to.
