Went for a.m. walk 45 min and bike ride for an hour. Made some awesome chocolate bark. It is healthier than a candy bar and much lighter. It was so very good and I stayed within my calorie goals. Although I didn't make it through day 6 without eating after dinner. I had an apple for an evening snack only because the nutrition tracker said I was under my calories. But even so,... I have made it 3 nights without any sweets after dinner. Actually, nothing after dinner. It is a big challenge not to eat after dinner because my DH always has his sweets while watching tv. I have kept myself occupied by doing an activity. Last night I went through the SP points and earned all I could.
