We had no power for 14 days that was way to long!! I had no spare monies to get my special foods i eat and the scale showed it this morning. I had a great 20 minute walk at lunch. I had the best work out ever last night. <BR> <BR> My son goes to mma at a local fitness center and I finally joined the gym last week and on Tuesday nights he is there for 2 hours well momma was too! <BR> <BR> I worked it and worked it. My legs were like jello and it felt amazing. 735 calories burned. <BR> <BR> i did the stationary bike for 45 minutes elliptical for 15 minutes and the treadmill for 60 minutes. <BR> <BR> It felt so goo...
