I weigh more now than when I joined sparks. geesh!! <BR> This week I started writing down everything I put in my mouth on a notepad and on sparks. And I weigh and measure EVERYTHING!!! So far this week, I've lost 3 pounds in 4 days. (I'm staying between 1200 and 1500 calories a day.) .... I guess my body was ready to lose some jiggle. And I'm using my exercise bike for 45 minutes a day. ..... But I'm just barely getting over 5500 step... Just a dull ache, nothing to make me think there is something wrong. I'm thinking that they started about the same time as I started having my 1 to 2 coffee drinks a day. I use is just regular store bought flavored coffee, sugar and milk. It's about 3 ounces of coffee, a couple teaspoons of sugar and about a cup of milk. I don't have a problem with caffeine, never have. .... until I stop drinking it and then I get the classic caffeine he...
