But hey that's life right? This really messed up with the planning of my meals, grocery shopping and eating right today. (Oh God). He picked Bertuccis! Well known for there oven brick pizza. Everything spelled sooo good and looked delicious. As I start looking a the menu I see everything from bread,pasta, pizza, and grinders. I look through at least 4 pages of this menu and thinking to myself I will never find anything good for me on here! My will power getting weaker with every minute that goes b... I have been doing fairly well, but today I ended up having food that was not on my menu/meal plan. In the past if I were on a diet that I needed to log in my food, I would have closed my eyes and conveniently forget I had eaten extra food. Well today when I came home from work, I went right onto my nutrition tracker and added the food.
