I still have to give up soda but the total amount has gone down. I feel good about it but now have the urge to just and eat and eat. Haven't figured out that one yet. I was shocked because my home scale had said I gained. They said I ws doing a good job and should keep up the good work. I am thanking the Lord that He allowed this to happen. I'm just so thankful. Working with it at the beginning was hard. My muscles really strained at it. Over time I was able to increase them. Lately I have been noticing that I've been starting to feel really good doing the exercises. So I guess I'm thinking I should increase them again. This is the first time that it's done that and not sure what to do. Maybe I'll wait another couple of weeks before adding more to the... To be honest I really haven't worked out all that long. Maybe two to three weeks in total. While I was doing the video, I stopped it in the last quarter because I was feeling tired. The thought of "I can't do this " went through my mind. I clicked my mouse and turned it off. It took about a minute when I said, " I know better, I have to finish".
