We are traveling to Oregon today to spend time with my son. He starts classes at Eastern Oregon University this Monday. He is working towards his Bachelor's Degree in Soil and Land Management. I have started drinking a glass of milk at night @ 7:30. I think I am sleeping better but still waking up too early some days. Who knows?
