Not doing well at all. Afraid to go for a walk today. All the 'E' stuff is really bringing to light the Fibromyalgia, and I can't take any pain meds. Need some help to figure out which goes best. The size that I'm getting is 12X20 and they will go on each side of the 16x16 pillow that is at an angle. When I reached my destination I turned around and walked back home, going a slightly different way. Total time walking today was 80 min and I walked 2.96 miles burning 262 calories. However, my legs are in bad shape now. We actually hooked up with each other via Riverside Sparkers Spark Team. We exchanged some emails and decided to meet for lunch. She picked me up and we drove to the Bann Thai Restaurant for some delicious food and some great conversation. After that we did a tad bit of shopping <em>334</em> . HOWEVER, it was a great walk and felt fine after <em>311</em> . I walked 2.39 miles <em>244</em> . <BR> <BR> Decided to not use the pedometer and used my iPhone timer. Set it for 30 min and when the time was up I knew I turned around and took the same route back home, thus, giving me an 1 hr. of <em>311</em> today. They are so comfortable and I do believe that they have given me more motivation to go out for that walk. Using my pedometer I walked about 2530 steps and burned 120 calories...according to the pedometer that is. AND that is just the start of my day. I was just wearing some Keds and they don't really have the support and cushion that is needed for walking. I laid down and immediately fell asleep. About 4 hours later I was able to do some very low impact exercises. I hope to go for a short walk again tomorrow morning.
