Spending time with trainer tommorow. After the spinning class.. Yep I'm going back..lol Did decide to do it 3x/wk. Tue, 8 Nov 2011 12:10:10 EST Ok.. really sore... http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4574312 Having a battle with myself: Do I spin or just find a different way to workout? I had the best of intentions to spin this morning but every muscle in my body is hurting. That is a good thing, but I have other things that I am considering before I get back to spinning. One is a new pair of shoes. I think the soles are too thin to be up and down with my flat feet. It feels like the petals are digging into the 'arch'. Two I am having major chafing issues. No details needed I'm sure for cy... Tue, 8 Nov 2011 09:38:57 EST Everything hurts but I feel good...lol http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4572456 Ok.. didnt start spin last week, but i did today. Thirty minutes was the length of the class. I am SOOOOOO glad I only did that one. I wasn't up and down like the other classmates, but I know it did something because I almost fell over when I got off 40 I even pushed to get an extra 10 minutes in on the tread mill. Little goals. My arms even gave me grief when I was driving home from the gym.

For the record, there is no way that after putting myself through the paces ... Mon, 7 Nov 2011 09:30:32 EST Back.. For me & Mom http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4561048 Ok, so I know it's been 4 months. Not a good thing. And my diet has been horrible. I'm finally back on some kind of level spot with my emotions. And no more condolence food. I still miss my mom but I know that she'd want me to get healthy. Debating some of the marathons that happen all year long. So much that has touched our family. Lung cancer..Breast Cancer.. Heart disease...March of Dimes...just a matter of finding one to train for and go for it.

For the time being thou... Mon, 31 Oct 2011 09:27:57 EST Day 5 and a few challenges http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4364011 Ok. Didn't do as good the last few days. I think I must log on every day. A certain accountability. Eating unhealthy isn't too much of a concern. Eating too much is. On the positive, I did exercise for Wed. Yesterday, not so much 39 . Kept my water intake up, so that was good.

I will be so glad when I can go with my kids to places with turnstyles and don't have to turn sideways to get thru. Yuck Fri, 15 Jul 2011 08:25:24 EST 2nd day Down http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4358214 Got halfway thru the day and hadn't exercised yet. Not a good thing I know. But finally did it.. 45 mins down. 244 I love my stationary bike!!!

Food Front? Well So far I'm staying within range. If anything, I'm actually eating less than I should. I know I need to be careful not to do the extreme thing - even if it's unintentional. I'm also going to make homemade sausage late tonight. Pork loin even sounds better than pork butt 100 Bad joke? Maybe- but... Tue, 12 Jul 2011 14:56:05 EST Starting over (AGAIN) http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4355687 Ok,

I know many of us have done this, but it's still hard to admit it. I fell off the healthy lifestyle wagon. I've spent the last 6 months being lazy. Kept telling myself I can exercise later. Or, a small french fry won't make a big deal.

Well, I got up and got on my bike this a.m. and I feel better. Even threw in 5 mins on the elliptical. Not much since I used to do 30-45, but hey gotta start somewhere. I am currently 240 lbs and 5'2" tall. I can beat myself ... Mon, 11 Jul 2011 14:28:00 EST Little Battles - Getting the workout in http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3710062 Today I realized it IS getting easier to get up and do that hour at the gym. Last week was my first week going to the gym since I signed up. See I've had the membership for about a month now. At first, I made little excuses not to go in the morning. You know things like "Well there will be lots of people seeing me look like a klutz!!" Ok I realized the longer I don't do this the klutzier I am going to be because at the rate I'm going, I'm just going to get heavier. And bulk, for me, does... Tue, 12 Oct 2010 10:57:55 EST
