So I got a Kathy Smith cardo knockout as I have done kickboxing in the past. Oh my it is with Kathy Smith and real boxing trainers and my arms are like rubber. My legs are so stiff and I'm not using a jump rope or have gotten through all of it. I felt like this one level might be years off when I realized that Kathy Smith wasn't even doing this part.
