I like how BL is now showing that it is more than just exercise. The food and mental changes are now being aired. The biggest thing I liked on the last show was when they played Tennis. I am following Jordan Rubin's: The Maker's Diet for Weight Loss 16 week program. But before I start that I am doing the 10 day cleanse. Dance is my passion, but due to few of lifes curves, I got side tracked.
