I can no longer walk for any length of time just short distances. I am fully ready to have the hip surgery that was recommended last year. Please pray for me because God is my strength. I felt that I would have lost at least 1 pound and got a slap in the face. Very disappointing to say the least. I wanted to cry. But instead I decided to track breakfast and walk a little longer this morning. Now I have set a goal to walk every day that I can. I have a hip that is degenerating and it gives me pain even with meds, but I am not unable to walk. I will therefore keep on walking while I still can. <e... They take about 30 minutes to cook the way I like them. I always add cinnamon and sometime a little vanilla.They are yummy, filling and satisfying. I also add berries, frozen if I have them. I also add 1/4 c. 25 milk and 2 tsp raw sugar. One cup of oats prepared, makes me breakfast for 5 days. A good way to start the day.
