I have seen some amazing results. Before P90X, my weight was stuck around 210. Even after the gym and running 50+ miles per week, I wasn't seeing the results that I wanted. If you are currently stuck on your fitness and looking for something to give you results, I hightly recommend P90X.

Not only are the workouts fun, but they will give you back exactly what you put into them. The nutrition plan will help keep your diet in ... Fri, 6 Nov 2009 12:58:37 EST P90X 30 day update http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2358007 Well, I can't believe it has already been 30 days since I started P90X (actually 36 now that I'm getting to update this blog). What an amazing journey so far. I have been sitting on these DVDs for a couple years, and just didn't get motivated. Becoming an Independent Beachbody Coach helped me get motivated and inspired to continue my fitness journey. What an amazing program that Beachbody has created with the Team Beachbody coaching program. Not only do you get yourself fit, you also hel... Sun, 30 Aug 2009 09:40:49 EST P90X - 3 Week Status http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2319494 Today is the start of my first recovery week. I have completed 21 days of P90X. It is hard to believe, it has gone so fast. I am loving the workouts, they are fun and challenging. I can see a physical difference, and more importantly, I can feel the difference. I can also see the difference in my cardio workouts.

I am down 7 pounds from starting, I know I have lost more than that in body fat, but I'm packing on some lean muscle. After this recovery week, I will take my 30 day... Sun, 16 Aug 2009 09:52:44 EST Determination & a Staircase http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2317620 I had an awesome run this morning. I was determined to hit 8 miles in an hour. It has been a while since I've ran that fast at that distance. I set my mind to do the distance at that speed. Well, I hit 8.19 miles in 1:00:22 at a 7:22 pace. I felt great during and after the run.

At 4.5 miles I could really feel my abs working, I feel that the 3 weeks of P90X has really helped my running. I pushed through the burn and kept at the run. I can't wait to see my progress as I conti... On 6/14 I started a 30 day Ayurvedic challenge, and decided to log some sort of miles every day. I've since finished that challenge and moved on to P90X, but I'm still logging daily miles. It feels great, some days I go a little faster, some days a little slower.

For me, if I skip a couple days, my legs actually start getting sore. I haven't had much soreness in the last 62 days, and I feel great going into the end of my 3rd week of P90X, eve... Fri, 14 Aug 2009 11:40:27 EST Sore Muscles?
