I mowed our lawn with an old reel lawn mower that is in bad need of replacing. But it did give me a nice workout. I noticed some pounds added on and I didn't like it. So I did 30 minutes of cardio and my upper body workout. I always thought it was raw fish. Sushi means roll. There is cooked sushi and raw. I tried both and discovered that I loved it. I had an upper body workoutt planned for the day. The only problem is the only thing I had to use was a pair of 10 pound weights. In short it means tomorrow morning I re-launch my weight loss program. I plan on losing my weight no matter how hard I have to work.
