So yesterday I ran 2 miles, walked .4 miles, did some weight machines, sit ups, stretches, 2 minutes on the stair stepper and 10 minutes on the bike. It was great! I had a really good time, and I'm looking forward to my next visit. I also got pizza on my way out... for free... from my favorite pizza place... mmm :) <BR>...
