Although this is an awesome recipe, it's very sweet and rich. It's a one slice will do ya! This more then makes up for apple pie for those who are cutting gluten/wheat from their diet or want to reduce the amount they're taking in.
I baked up several more apples and scooped them in, to cut back on the sinful indulgence of this recipe. It begs for a scoop of ice cream on the side :-)

I whip my own whipped cream, the only difference between homemade real whipped cream and say the store bought 'Cool Whip" is stiffness. Cool Whip is stiffer.

There is a product called "Clear Jel" that can be added to the whipping cream and that will stiffen it up like store bought Cool Whip, however Clear Jel is a loaded carb...grrr.

I use Xanthan Gum to thicken up my oil & vinegar dressing, so it doesn't just drip right off my beautiful salad and stand on the bottom of...

I purchased 4 Stevia plants from WallyWorld. Only one grew (3 died).

It grew to it's full height, approx. 2 and a half feet tall.

On Thursday July 19th, 2012 I got the Shingles Shot at Walgreen's.

On the 20th I found a wasp nest had developed on my front porch, & I dealt with it.

The next day, the 20th I had a large painful red lump, I thought: "Huh, I never felt the sting of a wasp". Then I remembered, oh the shingle shot, which was given in my R arm, (top, backside).
